The fourth winner is a training guide entitled Programmes, Guidelines and Support for Early Stages of 101 Sports Training of Young Hockey Players by Aleksandr Viktorovich Ufimtsev in the Coach's Library category.

A few words should also be said about the entries submitted in the category of My Ambition Is to Be a Hockey Player. The competition received submissions that the jury named the winners of the competition. Their authors, Nikolai Khripkov, Zoya Yeshina, Vladimir Zvyagintsev, Valentina Shuntikova and Tatyana Manukovskaya, will receive special certificates, and the works themselves will be used by the RHF and the Good Ice programme to promote hockey.†

The competition is run jointly by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation and the Charitable Foundation of Yelena and Gennady Timchenko.
