The Charitable Foundation of Elena and Gennady Timchenko and the Good Stories Charitable Foundation extend the deadline for entries to the research competition until 30 November. We invite experts and guideline developers with hands-on experience in social studies and service.
The research competition is the second module of the Immediate Circle federal competition, designed to promote and support sustainable social practices in elder care in the family, neighbourhood and local community. The competition has been launched by the Timchenko Foundation and is held as part of its Elderly programme. The competition is run by the Good Stories CF.
The winners will receive funding to describe the interesting and important practices in non-governmental elderly care that are being implemented by Russian entities with support from the Immediate Circle programme. All practices will be placed in the public domain for sharing and adoption by communities, organizations, establishments, volunteers and action groups.
The Immediate Circle programme has four modules: a project competition, a research competition, an internship competition and statewide events. The first module provided backing to 52 projects from 8 federal districts.
