The Children’s Sledge Hockey League launches a new project, Mentors, with support from the Timchenko Foundation in the 2020/21 hockey season. Its mission is to facilitate the professional growth of the members of Children’s Sledge Hockey League teams and the sharing of best practices and values between adult and young players, strengthen the bridges between generations and promote an active and healthy lifestyle and disabled hockey in Russian Federation states.
In the 2020/21 season, the project will be joined by professional players from sledge hockey clubs:
Aleksey Lysov, Meritorious International Master of Sports, silver medallist at the Paralympic Games in Sochi, bronze medallist at the World Championship, European champion and many-time champion of Russia.
Dmitry Lisov, Meritorious International Master of Sports, silver medallist at the Paralympic Games in Sochi, bronze medallist at the World Championship, European champion and many-time champion of Russia.
